We've received the subdivision plans from our engineer. The lot has been divided into 9 plots. Plots 49-1 to 49-6 will be the plots that the homes in our subdivision are built on. Plot 49-7 is green space for the micro-community and plot 49-8 is the community road. Plot 49-9 is an easement that will go unused in our building plans. In the image attached you can see exactly how the plots will be laid out. The perimeter fence and hedging will enclose Plots 49-1 to 49-8. A We're excited to get this approved so that we can break ground and start developing the Songgs of Princesse micro-cummnity.
