Today the team arrived in Aguadilla at 3 am to meet with our materials supplier and builder. On our 1.5 hour drive to the show room we had no idea what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised once we stepped through the doors. Every part of the build is a la carte - from the tiling to the bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We spent over 4 hours coming up with our design concept for each model and we believe that the homeowners will love the design. Once we finished with our design, the supplier and builder team took us to see two homes. The first home was in the early stages of building, but they wanted us to see how their product comes to life from the ground up. The second home was about 95% complete. Although, the home was not one of the two models that we will be building, it was an example of what their builds look like when they're finished.
After lunch we headed back to the show room to make a few design changes. Once we made it back, we made a few small changes to the floor plan that will have a big impact for the homeowners - more to come on that! Now we just have to wait for final blueprints and design plans from the architect.
